  1. How much does shipping cost and how long does it take? We offer free shipping for all orders over $60. Under that amount, shipping is a flat rate of $6.
  2. Do you have an express shipping option? Yes we do! When you're checking out, you can simply select this option for expedited shipping.
  3. How do you handle shipping during summer? The heat of summer can cause problems for most of our products. They don't love being in excessive heat for extended periods of time. During these months, typically July-September, we ship only Monday-Wednesday to be sure the package doesn't sit in a hot warehouse for the weekend. If you want shipping later in the week, please select "Priority Mail" so we can be sure your package arrives quickly. 
  4. Do you ship overseas? Yes is the short answer. While we are establishing an online option for international shipping please email us directly so we can quote time and expense. We have successfully shipped to several countries so far, with deliveries is about one week -- fast! No guarantees but we are quick to get your order to you.   6. Do you have a store location? Unfortunately, no. We currently are only an online shop.

  8. I just placed my order, but I need to change something. How do I do that? Please contact us by using this form, and if it hasn't shipped out yet we will do our best to accommodate you.
  9. There was a problem with my order. Who do I contact? Do you offer refunds? Please notify us as soon as possible at info@cgbodycare.com with any questions or problems with your order. Our goal is the provide you the best products. If they do not work for you for any reason, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
