Carolyn has developed her Courage & Grace Bodycare formulas from start to finish, researching, formulating and testing. She saw a need for better quality, clean body care products that are effective and good for your skin and your overall well-being. She offered these same products to friends and family, who offered it to their friends and family. After receiving positive feedback and rave reviews, she decided to ‘share the love’. Her handcrafted products are now available for you to enjoy their amazing benefits.

Carolyn has always been passionate about proper nutrition, fitness, and natural care. A cancer-survivor, she is now an active Power Lifter, winning the Bronze Medal in her class at the USA Powerlifting National Championship in Spokane, WA in 2018 and currently holds several state records. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and is certified in Active Release Techniques (ART). She was a two-time competitor in women’s college swimming nationals and retains a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta, and a Master of Divinity Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Drew University, Madison, NJ.

IRON SISTERS

Courage & Grace supports IRON SISTERS USA and IRON SISTERS CANADA as they continue to train and inspire hundreds of women of all ages to be strong and be fit. Here at the Port Richey, FL camp, Carolyn got to meet two AMAZING women: Jen Thompson (left), and Kimberly Walford (center). Both world record holders for bench press (Jen) and Deadlift (Kimberly). If you enjoy powerlifting and have the opportunity to attend a training camp, DO IT.
